PRF Cloud Folder Flow

PRF app-generated waivers are PDFs that are easily stored, searchable, and downloadable. The PRF Cloud Folder Flow lives on your cloud and is how you share waiver information with health departments and legal teams.

Piercing Release Forms App: PRF Cloud Folder Flow

This flow is not inside PRF app. It is your cloud interface, its functions, and the folder PRF puts there, full of your waivers and reports. To help you understand how to use your cloud, we call this the "PRF Cloud Folder Flow." This flow might also be called "Knowing and Managing your Studio Cloud Interface."

PRF is owned and operated by tattoo artists, so we understand how to manage 20+ years of release forms. We started with paper and clipboards, boxes, and cabinets full of paper waivers, paying rent for the square footage that housed all those fire hazards. So we built PRF and TRF and integrated a cloud solution looooong before that was standard or cool. 

Every time a piercer signs off in the Piercer Notes Pane and taps FINISH & UPLOAD, PRF instantly compiles a full-color, searchable PDF waiver and sends it straight to your shop's private cloud account (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box).

Your client data, ID photos, and waivers live in your cloud—never on our servers and never locked inside iPad hardware.


Automatic Cloud Directory & Naming Structure

With the very first waiver your shop submits, PRF automatically creates a clean, organized root folder in your connected cloud account. With the first waiver of the New Year's Eve, PRF App automatically creates a fresh annual folder for the new calendar year, keeping decades of shop records organized effortlessly.

To find your files anytime, open your cloud app or log into your cloud account on any phone, tablet, or computer, then search for Beluga Digital App.


Connecting Your Cloud Account

Linking your studio's cloud takes under a minute and requires owner clearance:

  1. From the Welcome Screen, tap the Menu Icon (three horizontal lines) or tap the Settings Gear Icon in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Enter your Master Passcode (default is 1234).

  3. Tap the CLOUD tab in the top navigation bar.

  4. Pick your shop's primary provider (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box) and flip the switch.

  5. Log in to your studio cloud account in the browser prompt to grant access permissions. Once authenticated, the switch turns gold to confirm connection.


The PRF-Made PDF Waiver

Every completed waiver stored in your cloud folder is a clean, legally binding PDF containing data compiled from three sources: New Client Flow, Piercer Notes Pane Flow, and your studio's legal settings.
