What follows is a technical breakdown of the Initial Setup, which is short and sweet.

Because PRF builds legal waivers that stand up in court and satisfy health inspectors, getting your setup right from day one is key. Initial setup should always be handled by the studio owner or primary business partner holding legal liability for the shop.
While PRF only asks for a few quick details to get open, filling out every field completely protects your shop, keeps your counter running smoothly, and covers your assets if a legal or health issue ever comes up.
Before you tap into setup, grab these four bits of information:
The Best Login Account: Designated official studio Google or Apple login.
Shop Name: Both your public studio name and your legal business/DBA entity name.
Piercer Real-Names List: Full legal names for every working piercer in your shop.
Cloud Storage Account: Logins for at least one linked cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box).

1. Master Account Email & PRF App Login Field
Don't make future you crazy! DO THIS FOR YOURSELF NOW:
Located second from the bottom on the STUDIO tab, type or paste the exact email address for the Google or Apple account you used to run the studio. Do this right now.
"I forgot which email I logged in with" is the single #1 support request we receive. Parking your master login email in this field saves it directly in your studio profile so you never have to guess down the road.
Warning: If your iPad ever logs out, signing back in with the wrong email will load a terrifyingly blank screen—save yourself the panic and log your correct master email here today! (Your PRF Settings aren't gone, and your waivers are still in your cloud. You're just not in your account.)
2. Client Address: Country
This option sets the default address screen your clients see when they pick up the iPad. By default, the option is set to MOST CLIENTS HAVE U.S. ADDRESSES, because we are founded in the USA. If your shop is in London, Toronto, or Sydney, you'll want local walk-ins to enter their addresses in their normal local format instead of the default U.S. fields.
Set up PRF in Settings to match your international postal address format.
U.S. Address Format Switch: Flip this switch based on where your shop operates. If you're piercing outside the U.S. (or in a region with custom postal layouts), turning this off opens up flexible address fields.
Client Address Override: No matter what default format your shop runs, individual clients can switch the address layout right on the iPad screen during intake—so out-of-towners and international walk-ins are always covered.
3. Piercer List
Enter the full legal names of all piercers operating in your studio.
No Nicknames or Stage Names: Avoid handles or shop nicknames here. Since PRF prints legal documents that get archived to your cloud for health inspectors and insurance providers, you need exact legal names.
