MORE Tab

The MORE tab in your PRF Settings houses extra device utilities, language options, and administrative account controls. Located inside Settings and protected by your Master Passcode, this tab lets shop management turn idle iPads into digital marketing portfolios, switch the entire app interface into multiple languages with a single tap, review legal policies, or manage active device logins.

Here is your complete guide to every feature inside the MORE tab.

1. Accessing the MORE Tab

Because the MORE tab contains master account management controls, access requires administrative clearance:

• Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Welcome Screen and select SETTINGS.
  

• Enter your Master Passcode (default is 1234).
  

• Tap the MORE tab on the far right of the top navigation bar.
  
  

2. In-App Slideshow Settings

Turn your lobby iPad into a portfolio and marketing display! When the app is on standby between client check-ins, the PRF Slideshow feature transforms your iPad screen into a visual showcase for your shop.

• Showcase Studio Artwork: Import photo albums directly from your iPad Photo Library to highlight recent body piercings, custom jewelry setups, resident piercer portfolios, or upcoming shop events.
  

• Standby Display: Set the app to automatically launch your slideshow when the iPad sits idle on the counter or lobby desk.
  

• Instant Wake: Tapping anywhere on the screen instantly stops the slideshow and returns the client directly to the Welcome Screen to start their waiver.
  
  

3. App Language (Multi-Language Support)

PRF supports international guest piercers, global conventions, and multi-lingual clients with one-tap, app-wide language translation.

Located beneath the LEGAL options, tap the LANGUAGES button labeled "app language" to open the language selector. Tapping a language instantly translates the entire app interface.

To ensure international piercers and clients can easily identify their native tongue, each language is displayed in its official native name (endonym):

• English

• Español (Spanish)

• Français (French)

• Nederlands (Dutch)

• Čeština (Czech)

A single tap on any language updates all menus, intake screens, and prompts across the entire app interface immediately.

4. Legal & Privacy Policies

Maintain transparency with health inspectors, legal teams, and clients regarding data protection.

• Privacy Policy: Access in-app documentation detailing exactly how client data, captured ID photos, and signed waivers are encrypted, managed, and securely stored in your personal cloud.
  

• Terms of Service: Review legal disclaimers and terms governing PRF software usage and cloud storage protocols.
  
  

5. Account Management: Log Out & Delete Account

Located at the bottom of the MORE tab are essential account management controls for studio owners:

• Log Out: Signs out of the master studio account on the current iPad. Use this if you are transferring an iPad to another station, changing master accounts, or troubleshooting network settings. (Note: Logging back in using your master credentials instantly pulls down all your saved studio settings from your cloud profile).
  

• Delete Account: Allows studio owners to permanently delete their account profile if closing a business or removing an account. (Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Be sure all required historical waivers and CSV reports are safely backed up in your cloud before choosing this option).
