1. Create Your Content
Use modern word processors like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or Apple Pages. For highly complex layouts, you can use Adobe InDesign.
Type your text, add your studio logo, and keep the layout clean and easy to read. Double-check your spelling and grammar before saving so everything looks professional.
2. Export or Print to PDF
Export (Recommended): Most modern software includes a direct "Export to PDF" or "Download as PDF" option in the File menu. This is the best way to preserve your formatting and images perfectly.
Print to PDF (Alternative): If you don't see an export option, use your computer's built-in print menu. Hit Print, but change the printer destination to Save as PDF (macOS) or Microsoft Print to PDF (Windows 10/11).
3. Optimize the File Size (Optional)
If you include massive, high-resolution photos, your PDF might end up too big for email servers to handle smoothly.
If your file size gets out of hand, run it through Adobe Acrobat Pro or a free online PDF compressor before uploading it to PRF app. This ensures your emails fire off quickly and your clients actually receive them.
