Managing Your PRF Subscription
Because PRF App is downloaded and billed directly through the Apple App Store, Apple manages 100% of your transactions, plans, and cancellations.
Subscription Overview
Managing your hard-earned cash shouldn't require a degree in finance. While you can upgrade or downgrade your active plan directly inside the app's Purchases panel, actual cancellations and refund requests must be handled through your Apple ID account settings.
CRITICAL RULE: Deleting PRF App from your iPad does NOT cancel your subscription. Apple will keep billing you until you follow the steps below to officially cancel. Save yourself the headache and turn it off properly!
Canceling on Your iPad
This is the fastest and easiest way to stop future payments using your device.
Open Settings: Tap the gear icon for your iPad's main Settings App.
Tap Your Apple ID: Tap your name and profile picture at the very top left of the Settings menu.
Subscriptions: Tap Subscriptions. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID password or Face ID.
Select PRF App: Scroll through your active list and tap PRF app.
Cancel Subscription: Tap the red Cancel Subscription button and confirm.
Active Until End of Cycle: Your premium features will stay fully active until your current paid billing period ends. You won’t be charged again.
Canceling From a Web Browser
If you don't have your iPad handy, you can cancel from any mobile phone or computer.
Apple Account Site: Open any browser and go to appleid.apple.com.
Sign In: Log in with the Apple ID associated with your PRF subscription.
Manage Subscriptions: Scroll to the Account/Billing section and click Subscriptions.
Edit & Cancel: Click Edit next to the PRF app, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Requesting a Refund
If you made an accidental purchase or selected the wrong tier, Apple handles all refunds at their sole discretion.
Report a Problem: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com on any browser and sign in with your Apple ID.
Select Refund Request: Under "What can we help you with?", select Request a refund.
Choose Your Reason: Select your reason (e.g., "accidental purchase" or "did not mean to renew") from the dropdown.
Select PRF App: Check the box next to your PRF App charge and tap Submit.
48-Hour Decision: Apple will review your request and typically email you an update within 48 hours.
Refunds Don't Auto-Cancel: Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel future renewals. Always perform the cancellation steps above to ensure you aren't billed again next month.
