PRF app enables you to connect to your cloud—not ours—to store, organize, and share your release forms easily. Your waivers are never 'lost' using PRF v3.0+, as they are always in your cloud.

Thousands of our tests have shown that you can successfully store and access your release forms using the following cloud services.

Google Drive Cloud
Dropbox Cloud
OneDrive Cloud
Box Cloud

We strongly suggest that the cloud connected to PRF is owned and managed by studio ownership, with carefully managed permissions and password access.

Connect your existing Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box cloud service to Piercing Release Forms App

PRF will ask for permission to access your cloud. Depending on the cloud service, you may need to reopen the PRF app after you connect. The slider will turn gold when connected.

With the first submitted waiver, PRF will automatically create a folder called Beluga Digital App [year] Piercing Release Forms on your cloud. To find the folder quickly, go to your cloud (the one designated by studio management) and search for it by name. These folders are simply named, so organic searching is easy. PRF will create a new folder titled by year each year.

PRF app-generated waivers are PDFs that are easily stored, searchable, and downloadable. The PRF Cloud Folder Flow lives on your cloud and is how you share waiver information with health departments and legal teams.

PRF app is designed to be customized by studio management through a simple, intuitive interface for piercing studios all over the world, for managers of all types, for studios of any size. Settings are passcode protected to limit access to them, set by studio management.

Settings: STUDIO Tab

Customize PRF with your basics: logo, studio information, piercers, health codes, and passcodes. This information will populate the final client release form.
