Returning Client Quick-Resubmit Feature

• As a client submits her PRF waiver for their first session, the app needs about five minutes of her time. Her piercer finishes the waiver and sends it to the cloud.
  

• For each subsequent session, most or all of the information on her waiver does not change. Using the RETURNING CLIENT feature, you can add new piercings or jewelry to the waiver. A new iteration of the waiver will be placed on the cloud, incorporating any changes made and the latest date.
  
  

• Waivers created in previous versions of PRF (pre-v3.0) cannot be accessed in PRF v3.0+. This is standard security practice among cloud services, reducing the risk of data breaches from malware between versions. Your pre-PRF v3.0 waivers are stored securely in your cloud and can be accessed there indefinitely. Your clients should have no problem submitting a fresh 'first time' waiver, just this once, since they will use the Returning Client feature going forward.
  

Submitting a RETURNING CLIENT waiver

From the Welcome Screen:

1. Tap RETURNING CLIENT.

2. Enter the master or piercer passcode.

3. Search by name or tap the filter icon on the right of the search bar. (Filtering is a PRO subscription feature.)

4. Choose the client's previously submitted waiver from the connected cloud.

5. THE PIERCING: The client is offered the chance to change or update the piercing, body location, and piercer indicated on the previous waiver. They can also add more than one piercing here by tapping ADD ANOTHER PIERCING.

6. Instructions appear, and the waiver loads in the tidy side-scrolling RETURNING CLIENT WAIVER VIEWER.

7. The client previews their waiver, signs, and resubmits or taps the OPTIONS button.

8. The piercer is then prompted for a passcode and takes over the Piercing Notes Pane.

Returning Client Search Filtering options

(This is a PRO subscription feature.)

1. Enter the client's first and/or last name.
   

2. Apply search filters: tap the small icon on the right of the search bar to find and view any waiver on the cloud by in-app filtering:
   

• Minors (>age 18)

• By Piercer

• By Date Range

• By Date Range and Piercer

The Returning Client Experience

Sally Blades used PRF for the waiver she submitted when she had her lip pierced. That day, PRF asked for five minutes of her time, a photo of her ID, the whole bit. Her piercer finished the waiver and sent it to the cloud. 

Six weeks later, Sally returned for another piercing. She stepped up to the studio iPad, and the front desk clerk tapped RETURNING CLIENT. The clerk entered the required passcode (to ensure Sally was searching for Sally, not her ex) and searched for her.

PRF searched the connected cloud and offered Sally her previous waiver. She selected it, selected a new piercing, signed her name, and PRF prompted her to hand the iPad to the piercer. The piercer took notes, updated the jewelry details, signed, and uploaded the new waiver. Too easy.
